1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ya ("777ya", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at 777ya.app. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 777ya, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

777ya reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the 777ya compliance team will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single 777ya account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same bKash or Nagad wallet — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777ya will close all secondary accounts and may close the primary account as well if abuse is found to have occurred.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at the point of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ya login credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Notify 777ya support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never log in to your 777ya account from a shared, public, or untrusted device without logging out fully afterwards.
• Do not respond to any message, email, or communication that claims to be from 777ya and asks for your password — 777ya will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

777ya reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. KYC verification is standard practice in the online gambling industry and is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777ya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. 777ya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• The minimum deposit for bank transfer methods is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 777ya BDT wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
• 777ya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment source must be registered in your own name and match the details on your 777ya account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• 777ya reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documentation will result in a hold on the withdrawal until verification is completed.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 777ya will notify the affected account holder and the matter will be subject to an internal review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777ya offers a range of bonus promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and BPL and IPL cricket seasons.

Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. In the event of a conflict, the individual bonus terms will take precedence over general Terms for that specific promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each type of bonus offer once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the 777ya platform contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified timeframe will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Bonus abuse: 777ya employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including the use of arbitrage strategies, hedging bets, or exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and may have the account suspended or closed permanently.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777ya platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are accessible within each game interface and the sports betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each product before placing real-money wagers.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only once 777ya has confirmed the bet and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by player account based on account tier and verification status.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Registering more than one account for any individual person on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the platform in a non-human manner.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ya platform — including but not limited to the 777ya logo and brand identity, website design and layout, written content, graphics, icons, images, audio, video, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ya platform for your own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any 777ya content without prior written consent from 777ya.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 777ya platform.
• Use any 777ya branding, logo, or trademark in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation from 777ya.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. 777ya is licensed by these providers to offer their games to players on the platform; this does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the player.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 777ya platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform, including losses resulting from games with negative expected value.

While 777ya makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and stability, no warranty is given — express or implied — as to continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777ya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 777ya's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Termination

Either party — the player or 777ya — may terminate a 777ya account at any time and for any lawful reason.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your 777ya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 777ya will process the closure and return any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the settlement of any active bets.

777ya-initiated closure: 777ya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has opened a duplicate account in violation of the single-account rule.
• Regulatory, compliance, or risk management requirements necessitate the closure of the account.

In cases of closure initiated by 777ya due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account — including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings — may be forfeited at 777ya's sole discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 777ya will communicate the grounds for closure to the affected account holder where legally permissible to do so.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 777ya operates as a safe and reliable platform using industry-standard SSL encryption and fair play practices.

Dispute resolution procedure: In the event that you have a complaint or dispute regarding your 777ya account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms, you must first raise the matter with the 777ya support team by contacting [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter to the 777ya compliance team by written request, also sent to [email protected], clearly marked as a formal complaint escalation. The compliance team will conduct a full review and provide a final written decision within 14 business days.

777ya's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes — including those determined by certified random number generators and live dealer processes — are final. Disputes relating to game outcomes that are the result of the certified random process of a third-party game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) will be referred to the respective provider for independent review where applicable.
